Employee Engagement
Nexia Solutions is the research and development arm of BNFL plc providing nuclear science and technology services.
Challenge
We were commissioned by Nuclear Science and Technology Services (NSTS), a BNFL business group, to develop a new name and identity ahead of the business becoming a separate limited company, with the challenge of competing effectively in the global nuclear market.
Solution
We devised a comprehensive employee engagement programme involving interactive workshops in order to define the new brand and all that it represents. The consultation and brand development process was iterative with key stakeholders being involved every step of the way. The in-depth brand development process culminated in the launch of the Nexia Solutions name and brand identity with a comprehensive brand communications guide. We supported the launch with a comprehensive communications programme and website.
