Stakeholder Research
The starting point for many of our activities is thorough and rigorous research to determine the climate of opinion in which the client operates. We use a variety of techniques including our bespoke on-line Benchpoint Research tool to measure how people view an organisation and its activities. This provides a benchmark upon which we devise strategies and targeted campaigns that truly hit the mark.
We also use research to help clients to consult with internal and external stakeholders on a range of issues and to evaluate the effectiveness of communications programmes and campaigns.
